Key responsibilities
  • Contract-based, hybrid role based in البحرين with flexibility for some work-from-الرئيسية tasks.
  • Plan, edit, and refine content across digital platforms to align with the brand voice and event experience.
  • Review and edit written materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and event teams to develop content.
  • Conduct research to generate content ideas and stay informed on relevant trends.
  • Optimize content to improve audience engagement.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely publishing.
  • Ensure all published content supports the الشركة’s cultural and musical vision.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Media, English, Cultural Studies, or a related field, and/or a final-year high school diploma is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Strong content management skills to oversee digital content workflows and maintain organized, up-to-date platforms.
  • Strong editorial skills to review, refine, and ensure accuracy, coherence, and alignment with the brand voice.
  • Excellent web content writing and copywriting skills for creating engaging, brand-consistent content across digital platforms.
  • Strong research skills to gather insights on audiences, trends, and cultural topics that inform content strategy.
  • Excellent command of written English with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS); basic knowledge of SEO is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and event teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in media, entertainment, or live events is preferred.
  • Posesses great knowlledge of the music industry, global musis culture.
