We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Middleware Developer. This role requires a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions that integrate core banking systems with digital channels and external services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM Integration technologies.
• Integrate core banking systems with digital channels and external APIs via APIs and messaging platforms.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of middleware components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain microservices architecture for seamless system communication.
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware performance and availability, ensuring secure development practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for middleware deployment and updates.
• Document integration flows, technical specifications, and support procedures

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science (BE in Computer Science & Engineering preferred)
• Experience: 4–6 years in middleware development, preferably within the banking sector
• Message Queuing Systems (IBM MQ, Kafka) experience
• Certifications:
• Training: IBM Integration Bus, API Connect, DevOps practices
