Machine Operator (Contract) – Muharraq, البحرين

We are a leading manufacturing الشركة in Muharraq, البحرين and we are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machines including but not limited to lathes, grinders, drills, and mills. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and ensuring they are running efficiently.

• Set up machines according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation
• Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
• Ability to use various measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
• Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
