Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Manama. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic input to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies. The Finance Manager will also develop financial strategies to optimize resources and provide insights to support decision-making. As a CBB-designated Controlled Function, the FM ensures strict compliance with the Central Bank of البحرين's Volume 5 (Specialised Licensees: Investment Business) regulations, managing capital adequacy, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation.

Hands on experience within organization that has managed Global and GCC equities, Trend AI equities and Crypto Investments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
• Proficiency in using Financial Software and Analytical Tools
• Skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Decision-Making
• Experience in Managing Stakeholder Relationships and working with CBB Regulatory Authorities
• Master's degree in Finance with certifications in CPA, CA, CMA.
• 5+ years of experience as Finance Lead within CBB licensed firm. Candidate must be a CBB approved indicvidual.
• Understanding of البحرين-specific financial regulations and CBB guidelines is a strong advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
