Hotel Sales Executive

Required experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate must have a strong background in hotel sales and a proven ability to generate revenue across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the hotel's rooms, outlets, and services to maximize revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key partners
• Generate new business while managing and growing existing hotel accounts
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
• Negotiate rates and contracts in line with hotel policies and revenue strategy
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hotel sales (mandatory)
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets within a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of hotel market segments (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, MICE)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
