Committed to excellence, they play a vital role in shaping the future of the payment ecosystem.

The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function. This includes planning and implementing integrated people solutions aligned with the الشركة's business objectives. The role also oversees General Services and Legal operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency while safeguarding the الشركة's interests. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement—fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with الشركة goals and support long-term growth.
  • Oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and policy development.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and culture transformation programs.

Talent Management

  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal system, including annual performance evaluations, KPI alignment, and bonus structures.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor satisfaction metrics.

Training & Development

  • Develop an annual training plan based on business and individual development needs.
  • Establish training systems to monitor effectiveness and measure outcomes.
  • Promote continuous learning and leadership development.

General Services & Legal Oversight

  • Define operational frameworks for General Services and Legal functions.
  • Ensure all contracts, legal agreements, and compliance frameworks are properly handled.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate risks and safeguard the الشركة.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Manage payroll processes, salary calculations, bonuses, and indemnity for both local and foreign employees.
  • Oversee reconciliation of savings schemes and coordination with the finance department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Finance and regulatory authorities.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and manage the HR budget, aligning it with organizational priorities.
  • Track departmental spending and prepare financial reports as required.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security (GOSI), and ministry regulations.
  • Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records, including executive leadership files.
  • Regularly update policies and procedures to reflect regulatory and business changes.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation practices, and HR systems.
  • Experience in the fintech, banking, or payments industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex HR functions.
  • Maintaining the performance of department, HR team and the الشركة through the policy and procedure
  • Supervising and managing department daily activity
  • Handling staff and department issues
  • Annual appraisal preparation and performance report to executive management
  • Responsible for all employees benefits & compensation
  • Maintaining Employees files that contains high confidential data including executive management files
