Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will manage core HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management processes. Responsibilities also include supporting HR management projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will require collaboration with team members and aligning HR operations with both local and regional business requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Familiarity with local and regional labor laws and best HR practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or legal environment is a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
