Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources - Training Specialist located in البحرين/Askar. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks. The role also involves dealing with Tamkeen, SIO, LMRA and Ministries, organizing and delivering training programs, supporting employees' professional development, and ensuring compliance with الشركة HR strategies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Expertise in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial or engineering sector is an advantage
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
