As a Loader Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials at our construction site in Dar Kulaib. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment ensuring its safe and efficient operation. This is a full‑time المنصب that does not require previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the construction industry, and it is urgent so we are seeking someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders to load and unload materials at the construction site.
• Perform daily inspections of the equipment to ensure its safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with co‑workers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the job site in Dar Kulaib.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Detail‑oriented with good observational skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required.

Salary & Benefits

This is a full‑time المنصب with a salary of 1700$ per month. Additional benefits such as medical insurance may be provided after the probation period.
