What We're Looking For

Our Client, a renowned healthcare in البحرين provider is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Occupational Therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical judgment, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and psychosocial conditions.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance functional independence, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Support discharge planning through الرئيسية assessments, equipment recommendations, environmental modifications, and caregiver education.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with hospital policies and professional standards.
• Adhere to patient safety protocols, infection prevention and control measures, and ethical clinical practice at all times.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation programs, adaptive techniques, and strategies to promote long-term independence.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and continuing professional development activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid NHRA license or eligibility to obtain an NHRA license as an Occupational Therapist in البحرين.
• Minimum 6-8 years of post-qualification clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in neurological rehabilitation, geriatric care, complex medical rehabilitation, long-term care, or inpatient rehabilitation settings is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
