Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes including cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, and packaging.
• Plan and schedule orders to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource usage.
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage Masters, Tailors, and QC staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement and vendor contracts.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Track key performance indicators (output, on-time delivery, defects) and drive process improvements.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with البحرين labor and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with the sales team for custom, bulk, and urgent orders.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech in Textile or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in garment/textile production operations
• Languages: Good communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
