Part-Time Restaurant Manager

As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and other employees to create a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant during your scheduled shifts
• Train and supervise staff on الشركة policies and procedures
• Create schedules for employees and ensure proper coverage
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles for managing finances
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1100$ per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)
