We are currently hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Muharraq. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts and baked goods. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries and baked goods according to recipes or personal creativity.
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings and fillings to enhance their appearance.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production.
  • Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during the preparation and storage of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dessert items for the menu.
  • Continuously strive to improve pastry techniques and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration methods.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique desserts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Salary: 1400$
