Job Description
Sofitel البحرين Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership. As a luxury hospitality brand, we are looking for someone who reflects professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, while embodying the spirit of our Heartists.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate internal and external communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics
Support day-to-day administrative and operational requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in hospitality
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in MS OfficeAbility to work under pressure with professionalism and poise
High level of discretion and reliability
