Personal Trainer

A reputable fitness center in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans and training sessions for our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We are looking for individuals with a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
• Develop personalized fitness plans based on clients' needs and goals
• Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and certifications

Requirements

• Certification in personal training or related field
• Previous experience in personal training or related role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be physically fit with the ability to demonstrate exercises
• Passion for health and wellness

Salary: 1100$ per month
