Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Client Servicing Specialist
 to actively generate new business and manage existing client relationships. This role requires someone who can 
hunt, close, and service clients
, not just respond to inquiries.

The ideal candidate is confident in selling creative services, disciplined in follow-ups, and comfortable being held accountable to targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and close new clients for:
• Branding & design
• Social media management
• Websites & digital services
• Production & corporate gifts
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into paying clients
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams
• Manage client communication from onboarding to project completion
• Follow up on leads consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
• Support upselling and cross-selling of additional services to existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Performance Expectations

• Meet monthly sales targets (clearly defined)
• Demonstrate consistent lead generation activity
• Show measurable improvement month-on-month
• Maintain professional communication and conduct at all times

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or client servicing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and closing
• Good understanding of marketing, design, and digital services
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Proficient with WhatsApp, email, and basic reporting tools
