Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer
 with strong experience in 
print production and final artwork preparation
. This role requires someone who understands 
real-world printing
, not just design aesthetics.

The ideal candidate must be confident in preparing 
final print files, dielines, and production-ready artwork
 with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design execution for print-heavy projects such as:
• Corporate gifts
• Packaging
• Signage
• Exhibition graphics
• Marketing collateral
• Prepare final artwork files ready for print
• Create and adapt dielines according to product specifications
• Ensure correct bleed, trim, color modes, and resolutions
• Coordinate with printing suppliers when required
• Review junior designers' work before production
• Maintain quality control across all printed materials

Candidate Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Proven experience with:
• Dielines
• Packaging layouts
• Print specifications and production standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
• Portfolio demonstrating print and production work is mandatory

Preferred

• Experience working with printing presses or production houses
• Knowledge of signage and large-format printing
