Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team in Seef, البحرين.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client social media accounts, preparing content plans, writing captions, creating creative content ideas, following social media trends, and coordinating with the design, video, and production team.

This role also requires the candidate to be comfortable appearing in front of the camera, creating Reels, presenting content, filming social media videos, and representing Tarqeyah’s content style when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for Tarqeyah and its clients
• Create monthly content plans and creative campaign ideas
• Write captions in Arabic and English
• Follow trends and turn them into relevant content ideas
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and clients
• Appear in front of the camera for Reels, short videos, and social media content
• Monitor account performance and prepare basic reports
• Ensure content is aligned with each brand’s tone, goals, and identity

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong Arabic and English writing skills
• Comfortable speaking and appearing in front of the camera
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Ability to create fresh content ideas and follow trends
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Basic knowledge of content planning and reporting
• Experience with social media tools or basic design tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
