We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale restaurant located in the vibrant city of Isa Town.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality menus that meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Manage food inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation.
  • Create and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff including line cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach.
  • Creativity in menu creation while keeping up with current food trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef or 5 years as a Sous Chef.
  • Knowledgeable in various cuisines such as Mediterranean, Italian, French, etc.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
