The Student Marketeer supports the Field Marketing team in building the local face of the brand in their field in the most relevant way in line with the national strategies and priorities. They work with the Field Marketing Specialist to build strong local networks including opinion leaders and key influencers and establishing relationships with key stakeholders. They help to create and implement marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications, working closely with sales teams to ensure perfect distribution and product availability. Their main objective is to integrate the product into the consumer lifestyle through the planning and execution of marketing activities, sales initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Expand Brand Representation & Ambassadorship - represents the brand in their environment by living and breathing the brand personality traits and الشركة values. Ensures a positive and credible brand image is delivered amongst consumers by continually activating creative, innovative and daring initiatives including social tactics and moment based hacks which are locally relevant. Creates, maintains and grows the strongest brand that consumers are passionate about and can relate to.
  • Local Network & Stakeholder Relations - spots trends and identifies opportunities to integrate the brand by conducting market and campus research. Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and individuals including key opinion leaders on and off campus to keep the brand desirable. Continually seeks opportunities to develop the brand profile, image and credibility on and off campus.
  • Sales & Marketing Execution - develops and executes targeted sales and marketing plans to meet the needs of consumers in their field. Collaborates with Sales to maximize sales and distribution in the bull's eye, bull ring and beyond. Contributes to the consumer life - a lifestyle choice to be continued post interaction stage.
  • Innovation & Project Management - maintains a dynamic mix of projects, activities and event involvement, always with social and digital media at the heart of what we do. Drives the entrepreneurial, innovative and creative implementation of the brand marketing mix.
  • Reporting & Execution Excellence - completes the communication and reporting tasks associated with the Student Marketeer role in a timely manner and with accuracy. Achieves set goals and meets all deadlines. Delivers executional excellence and shows love for the details in all areas of their role.
Experience

Mandatory knowledge and expertise: A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and "makes things happen". Must have leadership, motivation and team skills, solution oriented. Must have strong written and verbal communication, project management skills, and must be familiar with Microsoft Office. Must understand the core scenes in the region and have strong networking skills. Must possess excellent communication skills, including presenting. Must have a passionate and energetic personality, friendly, open minded and approachable, professional and autonomous.

  • 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year university student.
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written).
