Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.

Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.

Log issues and enhancement requests.

Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.

Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and website.

Provide introductory online & classroom training for الشركة products.

Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the الشركة.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate is required to have knowledge in networking and understanding of basic troubleshooting.
2. Must be a البحرينi National.
3. At least 3 years experience preferred in the same field.
4. Candidate should have experience on progress/incident report writing including documenting issues and steps of resolution.
