Job Description

Department: Engineering Division

Reporting To: CEO

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Expectations:
  • Business development - Strong Sales background, Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Extensive management & technical knowledge on Project planning & execution
  • Leadership, resource planning & mobilization
  • Successful Marketing and/or brand building of HVAC and effective management of principal suppliers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, managerial and organizational skills
  • Financial management focused on tendering, cost control, and savings
  • Strong ethics and motivation; mature demeanor
  • Knowledge transfer of good engineering practices to Genetco Team
  • Compliance with ISO and H&S policies of the الشركة, development of engineering manuals
  • Ensure policies compliance and business code of conduct for Engineering Division
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Proficient in handling complex technical development concepts and engineering software tools
  • Experience in engineering contracts and contractual obligations
  • Evaluate risk associated with business opportunities and contractual obligations
  • Overall P&L (budgetary) understanding and responsibility
  • Explore avenues of expanding Division's business
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ownership for growth, achieving sales plans through proper pricing, customer satisfaction, and business plan implementation
  • Provide leadership to sales, projects, and service functions
  • Engage in excellent PR activities to acquire new projects
  • Understand market strategies, competitors, and local market insights
  • Lead the Annual Budgeting exercise ensuring committed targets are met
  • Coordinate resources to balance strategic objectives with financial returns
  • Accountability for financial and operational performance and contractual compliance
  • Manage sales teams to ensure individual targets are achieved
  • Achieve high efficiencies in manpower in projects and ensure proper staffing
  • Implement training programs for new recruits and engineers
  • Coordinate communications with main contractors to resolve project execution issues
  • Develop a good engineering team and quality project documentation
  • Lead procurement processes and supervise sub-contract agreements
  • Responsible for receivables and inventory management
  • Budgeting and regular updates on the commercial aspect of projects
