Overview

As a Master Technician, you will be a senior technical expert, responsible for diagnosing and repairing the most complex vehicle issues, mentoring other technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are consistently met. Responsibilities
  • Perform expert-level diagnostics on complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems to identify faults and determine required repairs.
  • Execute advanced technical repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, including engine overhauls, transmission work, and intricate electrical system repairs.
  • Utilise sophisticated diagnostic equipment and software to analyse vehicle performance and troubleshoot challenging issues.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to junior technicians to foster skill development within the team.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all completed work to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications and our الشركة's high standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience working as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or in a similar senior automotive technical role.

  • Demonstrable proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and computer-based repair information systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent communication skills.
  • A full, valid driving licence.
