We are currently hiring for one of our clients for the below requirement in Manama, البحرين

Job Details

Role: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Employment Type: Permanent, for one of our clients

مكان العمل: Manama, البحرين (Onsite)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience:

Must have 7-8 years of the below relevant experience

  • At least two full cycle of Oracle HRMS implementation experience, in version 11.x/12.x
  • Good experience in Oracle Taleo Cloud setup and configurations
  • Perform process analysis, design, setup, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Experience in design and development of RICE components
  • Experience in writing Payroll formulas
  • Experience in EBS API and web service development and deployment
  • Strong working experience of development tools such as Oracle Developer 2000, Developer 6.x (reports and forms), and SQL, PLSQL.
  • Must have experience in oracle HRMS modules like Core HR, Payroll, absence , SSHR, OLM, and Taleo.
  • Conducting user training, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise to maintain user satisfaction
  • Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis
  • Familiar with AIM methodology and documentation
  • Data migration and user support
  • Any relevant certifications would be a plus.
