Sr. Specialist – Group Portfolio

المنصب to support the development and optimization of the group’s project-oriented portfolio by conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses. The role focuses on ensuring that the group’s portfolio strikes the right balance between risk and reward while aligning with long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of dynamic portfolio models, incorporating discretionary and non-discretionary investments to evaluate various scenarios for the annual work program, budget, and investment projection.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect & structure relevant data for use in modelling & scenario planning, including financial data, project status, and market trends.
• Ensure all submissions are collected & comply with frameworks and adherence to modeling requirements.
• Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of potential market fluctuations on the group’s portfolio.
• Support the preparation of investment endorsement documentation for the Group Management Committee (GMC), ensuring alignment with group strategy and capital alالموقع priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree is desired.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate portfolio management, strategic planning, or investment analysis role.
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio management theory, financial modelling, risk management frameworks, and performance measurement tools.
• Proficiency in portfolio management software, financial modelling tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle), and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and integrate complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively cooperate with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment is of utmost importance and is a team player at heart.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail while not losing a strategic mindset.
