This role isn't just a job, it is responsible for managing and executing non-routine, strategic, engineering projects that are crucial to the Factory's operation and success while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving business outcomes. Taking the coordination lead, Site Engineering Manager works closely with internal and external parties to ensure engineering disciplines are applied to satisfy production requirements and deliver efficient, effective and flexible engineering solutions to support the business needs.
