Head Chef / Tournant Fine Dining

We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Professional to lead and elevate our fine dining operations. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader with extensive international experience in luxury hotels and Michelin starred restaurants.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internationally recognized 5 star luxury hotels across Europe.
  • Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in Michelin starred fine dining restaurants located in Europe, Scandinavia, USA, or Asia Pacific.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high end dining environments.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards, wine knowledge, culinary trends, and fine dining etiquette.
