Fospe Technologies W L L is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to drive software sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence across البحرين and المملكة العربية السعودية.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Promote and sell software solutions, AI products, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation services.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key decision‑makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the الشركة at business events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
  • Strong customer relationship management and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within البحرين and المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience selling ERP, CRM, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Existing business network in البحرين and/or المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • Experience working with government, enterprise, or SME clients.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
